What causes this

Ngentix reviews every new organization before it can be used, and this application was not approved. Unlike a suspension, nothing is owed and nothing is pending — the review has finished.

How to fix it

There is nothing to pay and nothing to wait for. If you believe this was a mistake, or your circumstances have changed, reply to the signup confirmation and ask us to look again — a decision can be reversed.
