What causes this

There is no active connection for this connector and consumer pair. Either the customer never completed the consent flow, or you are sending a different consumer id than the one they connected with.

How to fix it

Send the customer through POST /v1/connect/start, the connect widget, or the hosted portal. Check the consumer id matches exactly.
