What causes this

A partner can dial a customer's live third-party system only on paths Ngentix staff has approved. This path is not one of them, or no declaration has been approved yet.

How to fix it

POST /v1/data-access-grants with the connector, a purpose, and the path prefixes you need. Sandbox connections do not need a grant.
