What causes this

The run delivered records and then could not save which ones it had delivered, so it stopped rather than keep sending. Nothing was lost; the next run may re-send what this one could not record.

How to fix it

Nothing to do — the flow tries again in about a minute. If it repeats, contact support with the run's time.
