What causes this

Run now was pressed for a customer who never chose this flow. A flow moves a customer's data only once they have added it (on your subscribe page or through the API), so the run is refused rather than moving data they didn't agree to.

How to fix it

Ask the customer to add the flow, or bind it for them with POST /v1/connect/bind and the flow's id. To try a flow yourself, use its test (sandbox) instead.
