What causes this

An organization already exists for this email domain. Ngentix gives each company one workspace, shared by its team, rather than a separate account per person — so a colleague who signed up first has already created yours.

How to fix it

Ask a colleague who already has access to invite you: in Ngentix, Settings has a Members section with an invite form. You do not need a second organization, and creating one would split your connectors and flows across two places.
