What causes this

Ngentix reviews every new organization before it can be used, because an account can connect and read a customer's live business systems. The account exists and the sign-in worked; it is simply not approved yet.

How to fix it

Wait for the approval email — there is nothing to configure and nothing to pay. Paying does not skip the queue. If it has been longer than you expected, reply to the signup confirmation and ask.
