A paying customer's connection is pointed at a sandbox · HTTP 409

What causes this

The connection was set to use a provider's sandbox, and the customer using it is now paying for a flow on it. Sending their data to a sandbox would mean they pay for a flow that goes nowhere real, so the run is refused instead.

How to fix it

Turn the sandbox setting off for this connection, or do your testing on a connection with no paying customer. The subscription is unaffected.
