What causes this

The request asked to subscribe to a vendor plan — Growth or Scale — and those are no longer sold. Ngentix subscriptions are per flow and are paid by your end customers, not by you. Both prices are archived, so this is not a temporary outage and retrying will not help.

How to fix it

There is nothing for you to buy. Share your subscribe link from Settings: each end customer who turns on a flow is billed for that flow. If you were on Growth or Scale historically, that subscription is unaffected — this refusal only stops NEW vendor-plan purchases.
